psoriasis initial Neoral 2.5mg/kg DAILY (divided BID)

rheumatoid arthritis initial Neoral 2.5mg/kg DAILY (divided BID)
Administration
give on regular schedule; liquid may be mixed with orange juice or chocolate milk, NOT grapefruit juice
